Frequently Asked Questions

1) I purchased a PDF / ePub, but have not received any download instructions.

Note that the Download Instructions e-mail is sent separately from the Order Confirmation e-mail. This e-mail is generally sent within 10 minutes of your order, but could take up to 1 hr during busy periods. Make sure the email is not in your Junk or Spam folder.

Otherwise, please forward your ​Order Confirmation​ e-mail to orders@cwc.ca noting the product(s) you haven't received, or contact Orders​ at 613-747-5544 x223 and we will assist you.

 

2) I purchased Software, but have not received any download instructions.

3) Where can I get a keycode for my software?

When you access the software for the first time, you will be prompted for a Keycode. To obtain your keycode, please email the Software ID that appears at the bottom of the keycode prompt screen to: sales@woodworks-software.com

Please note that keycodes are distributed between 7:30 am - 3:30 pm (EST) Monday to Friday.

In the meantime, you can use DEMO as the keycode, however note that you will not be able to save or print your work while in "Demo" mode.
